Mark has spent the last 12 years living and working in recruitment in Norfolk, gaining a broad knowledge of the local market and building an unrivalled network of commercial and industry-related contacts. He is a founder member and subsequent chairman of a local business networking group and has developed a relationship with a local youth charity and acted as a mentor to young people having difficulty gaining employment.
Previously, he managed an independent agency in London for 13 years , supplying a diverse range of temporary and permanent staff to clients ranging from owner managed businesses to large organisations such as London Underground, the BBC and multi-national oil companies.
Prior to working in recruitment Mark worked in retail, sales and logistics/haulage which gives him first hand experience and knowledge of the challenges facing companies and individuals entering the recruitment process.
